Our journey

Hi everyone! I am new here and am very excited to embark on this challenge I set for myself, and soon for others who join. I am a certified health coach and want to start practicing what I preach. I am doing this is to get fit, and in the process help you guys. Fitness has been a lifelong struggle for me and as my forty’s sneak up on me, I want to hold myself accountable, along with taking you on this journey with me! We will motivate one another, have discussions about everything fitness and health, but most importantly be companions in this lifelong commitment! So for a very good price you get a health coach that would have otherwise cost $90 per session! Let’s do this!!!!
