How do I watch FLV videos I downloaded from premium?
FLV videos are standard on most tubes. Windows and Apple do not support these by default. You can easily download free FLV players on the web or download our recommended Free FLV Player.
I uploaded some media, when does it go live on the site?
All uploaded media goes in our queue and videos get encoded automatically. Depending on the amount of media and backlog we have, its usually placed on the site on a first-come, first-serve basis., unless your media did not qualify (see below).
I uploaded some media but I cannot see it under my profile?
A few things can cause this. First, sometimes videos do not encode properly depending on your original media file. Also, anything flagged by users as questionable, illegal, overly obscene will be deleted at our discretion. HomeMoviesTube is also a amateur/homemade porn sharing site, we will not allow content that does not match these niches. Secondly, if your content has a watermark or sponsor on it, we usually only list those that are full scenes, relevant content and not teasers or partial clips. Also keep in mind that our audience is 90% male oriented and nobody wants to see a couple having sex and a guy's ass in their face for 10 minutes. Lastly, sometimes uploaded media is corrupt or did not upload or encode properly and are thus deleted.
How do I cancel my premium membership?
You can easily cancel your premium membership by going to cancel page. Make sure you have your membership and details handy.
How do I upgrade to a premium membership?
Upgrading to a premium membership is very simply and takes 2 minutes. You must first have a free registered account. Login to your account and use the upgrade links found inside your profile or you can just go to the upgrade page.
Why dont some movies wont play or I get a black screen?
This can vary from one computer or platform to another. We strongly suggest you always have the latest version of flash installed as well as making sure your computer is up-to-date. You can check your version of flash and update it if need be by visiting the Adobe Flash Page. If you are still having issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Why do the movies I watch constantly bufferring and not streaming properly?
This can happen because your connection is slow at the time or because our site is under unusually heavy traffic. If the problems persist, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you pay for or buy content?

You can cancel your account and/or delete uploads by contacting us. We will soon be addng more controls for our users so that they can do this on their own and whenever they want.
